Indian Overseas Bank — Atm debit card transaction failed - but amount deducted in bank account

I am sb account holder of iob, mannivakkam branch [protected] and my debit card number is 422132xxxxxx9068. I have made transaction at saravana store on 08-april-2016 for 432.00 thru trasaction # tn00405. This first transaction failed but amount is deducted. I made second transaction same time thru trasaction # tn00405 and sucess. Please help to check and refund the failed tranaction
