I had visited the branch in person on the month december 2019 and wanted the staff to activate my account and reactivate access to internet banking. The branch officer was unable to actives my account and input my address...

I had made a payment through my debit card on 21 on may and the money has been debited but has not been credited but refunded back to the account...

I taken my money in atm centre at 22.5.2020. But my transaction was fail but my money 100 is debited. So refund my money as soon as possible...

My payment in medplus by debit card machine shows declined but the amount debited in my account
Second one is i with draw cash from atm i didn't receive cash but the amount debited in my account
Please revert the cash transactions

That bank workers are not at all doing their work. First of all what for the bank is there without connectivity. Bank workers are coming very late as if they're coming to picnic and having their leisurely time without serving their duties to customers. All the workers should be fired as well as the bank is fit for nothing. Better idea is to close the bank provided all the customers credits and other stuffs to be paid off without affecting...

On may 16, my father went to nearby atm to withdraw rs.1000 using my atm card from iob bank. While doing withdrawal, suddenly atm got disconnected due to power of. So transaction has been failed but i received message at 12:29am from the bank such that the cash has been debited, but we didn't receive any cash. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. I badly need in this lock down....

I had purchased some provisions on 25/04/2020 for rs.154/- the shop owner used my i o b debit card two times. But the result showed as failure. But the amount was debited from my account. My a/c no.[protected] kovaipudur coimbatore, and my debit card no is [protected]
I was waited till date (08/05/2020) that the amount will credit. But it is not done.

Sir/mam in my account the amount of money debited unwantedly 177rs debited 3 times and my money is now less then 1000 if any detection it must be 17rs but here 177rs now in lockdown i am losing money in such this way i kindly request iob bank to take my complaint and refund my money my account number:[protected]

I did imps transfer on
2nd may 2020 and transfer status went into suspect. Now amount got debited from account and still didn't reached to beneficiary ones also.

As being notified i should get amount back in 2 days.

Please help me on this.

I namrta srivastava (Ac no:[protected]) is having account in indian overseas bank lucknow aminabad branch. From that account i hade made a transaction of rs 681 (Six hundred eighty one only) to amazon on 17th march 2020 through card. That transaction somehow got cancelled but account was debited.

We complained to amazon and amazon reverted that they have refunded the amount on 1st april 2020 (Transaction no:[protected]...
