6th of this month i order a product in the amazon online worth of 534 rupees they deducted in my account same day i cancel that product they give reply 7th they some reference id[protected] several time im talk with amazon people they say this not our issue we are already sent money to your branch that your bank problem you can talk with the banker they say then tell me what is the issue who is responsible to my money

ekart's response OTP not comes immedietly, , its taken more time than 30 minutes & same also cheque also taken 2 more days for credit to account.. very old system..
