Today i have visited Ballygunge branch at 3 pm around for chq book issuance for my saving account number 22553 where i have lost my cheques. Their is one employee mr Samir who treated me very badly in open office. Firstly i have asked him for 2 nomination form but he gave me 1 and ordered me to take 1 Xerox copy than I asked him for process of new chq book than he replied me very badly that you bring your chq recognition slip. I replied him that i didn't remember as i am not operating my account from long time .Than he said me that you will not get chq book and he started shouting. In one line, i want to say that he treated me as dog. Sorry to use this language but it's true.
I am also in service industries and i know how to behave with customer.
My all family relationship with your bank and total amount is more than15 lakh. If i will keep this relationship with other pvt bank than i will become wealth customer.
