Indian Overseas Bank — Branch should not open on time

Dear Sir, On 17-Jan-15 i had visited to IOB manesar branch, branch should be open at 10am. in that time 3-4 staff had in the branch. when time is 10am people asked to Security guard for open the gate but security and some staff replied when officer will taking seat then we will automatic open the gate, but in the meantime we couldnot confirm when the officer will taking their seat, i have a audio recording with me. Now our prime minister wants to all are work together for country but still govt. officer think the same as previous. how can we improve our country. i don't complain against any branch, but wants to time has change so we can work properly so we can empowerment our country. Please take response and work properly as private banks. Thanking you Prakash
