Sir, Today[protected] I went to SBI, Kolkata Main Branch, Samridhi Bhavan ATM counter to withdrawn Rs. 3400/-, but no no cash was dispense from the ATM and the transaction slip shows that 'sorry unable to process'. Immeidately after that I got an SMS from the Indian Overseas Bank that Rs. 3400/- was debited from the S/B A/c No. [protected], which is your Kalighat Branch, Kolkata, West Bengal. Sir, kindly take immediately steps to return my hard earn money into my Savings Bank Account.
