LAST MONTH 2/04/2015 My Head Office (GERMAN) SENT THE SALARY TO MY
ACCOUNT BUT THE AMOUNT HAS NOT STILL CREDITED TO MY
ACCOUNT. I HAVE ENQUIRED WITH THE BANK BUT STILL NO
RESPONSE FORM THEM. THE SAME THING HAPPENED FOR LAST TWO
MONTHS (JAN& FEB) BUT ONCE I VISIT TO THE BANK AND SPOKE TO
MANAGER THEN IMMINENTLY (THAT DAY EVENING) AMOUNT WAS CREDITED.
REALLY I DON'T KNOW WHY ITS CONSUMING ONE AND HALF MONTH FOR
EVERY MONTH TRANSACTION.
THIS IS NOT THE CORRECT APPROACH, I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO GO TO BANK AND SPOKE WITH MANAGER ON EVERY MONTH.
IF ITS CONTINUE I WILL CLOSE THE ACCOUNT FROM YOUR BANK BECAUSE OF YOURS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
