Indian Overseas Bank — Payment not received

I had withdrawn R's 1100/- on[protected] using my Indian Overseas bank ATM thru HDFC bank ATM Machine in Minambakam, Chennai. But I not received the amount and the same debited in my account. I contacted HDFC customer care and they informed that the amount will be recredit within 48 hours time, but still I not received the amount. Message details mentioned below. Kindly do the need full.
