[Resolved] Indian Overseas Bank — pension credit (Rlys)

I am now away from India. As per procedure I have collected my LIFE CERTIFICATE from the consellate and send it by mail to the branch on 2.11.13 with copies to cppc, customer service. The original copy was sent to the branch on 2.11.13 with a covering letter. with my mail address.
As there was no response I have contacted the branch but in vain and again contacted CPPC who was kind enough to confirm the receipt of the mail copy and promised to regularise with the branch. The branch to cppc states that they have not received my LIFE CERTIFICATE.
I have again send my LIFE CERTIFICATE COPY by mail with copies to cppc, customer cell and to AGM/PG also
.
My last mail to all again on 23.5.14 have also failed to evoke any response from any body.
It is now requested that the case may be taken up and regularised at an early date and mail me at the earliest pl
I am equally contemplating the ideaof severing my connections with the bank citing this ignorance as a reason.
I am also worried about my next LIFE CERTIFICATE issue also as I am planning to return only March 15 next.
awaiting response by an ack followed by an action initiated in resolving the issue.
