Indian Overseas Bank — Renewal of deposits

I have an sb account 590 with your chennai maduvankarai branch (br code 1790). i make deposits on the web but when i go renew the deposit on the maturity date or within a week after maturity, your web site says "there no deposit to close/renew". pl look into this and rectify immediately.

Also the link for showing bank rates for deposits goes to the bottom of the screen and does not work. pl rectify this also.

This has started happening after you moved to finacle.
