Sir, Today[protected] I visited the SBI, Kolkata Main Branch, Samridhi Bhavan ATM counter to withdra Rs. 3400/-, but the transaction was failure and the transaction slip shows 'sorry, unable to process'. Immediately I got an SMS from the Indian Overseas Bank that Rs. 3400/- was debited from my S/B A/c No. [protected] which is with Kalighat Branch, Kolkata, West Bengal. Sir, I earnestly request you to see the matter urgently that I could refund my hard earn money into my Savings Account.
