Indian Overseas Bank — Transaction Failed But Amount Deducted

Dear Sir, I have savings bank account no. [protected] at Yes Bank, Ranchi, District-Ranchi, Jharkhand, PIN-834001. Earlier on 15 August 2015 at around 11:00 AM I tried to withdraw Rs. 500 from Indian Overseas bank atm, H.B Road, Tharpakhna, Ranchi ATM id IOBD8744 but the transaction failed with error and the balance had been deducted . On same day I was shocked to receive sms alert Rs 500.00 Debited to Ac XX3704 on 15 Aug 19:11-ATD:[protected] INDIAN OVERSE:THARPAKAHAN. After raising complaint three times to Yes Bank they reverted that the resolution from IOB(beneficiary bank) is money withdrawn, thus incurring on me a loss. My card no= 526702xxxxxxxxxxx62
