Indian Overseas Bank — Unable to see loan account in internet banking since dec 2015 | |||
i have taken educational loan from IOB seerapalayam branch. i have been paying the loan for the past 2 years. From December 2015 i was unable to view the loan account from my Internet banking. i called the coimbatore head office to complain the same. i was redirected to seerapalayam branch . i was told that IOB systems are being upgraded so my issue will get resolved automatically . Even after 15 days the issue was not resolved and so i called the head office and this time i was given a mobile number of a person from seerapalayam branch. i called the person to en quire about my grievance . And this time this person told me that he cannot help me as its a system issue and it has to get resolved automatically. its been 5 months now my issue is still not resolved. i have stopped paying my monthly EMI since i am unable to verify whether the payment is reaching my account. also i will be incurring interest for the 5 months. i am working in pune so i am unable to visit the branch to ask for a solution. I have written to internet banking admin, regional manager but i neither got any reply nor my issue was addressed.I am totally frustrated with this bank and its services. savings account number : [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
