Indian Post And Telegraph Department — Complaint against speed post department For non delivery of parcel booked from Baddi(HImachal Pardesh) Receipt no EE[protected]IN

My son Vijay Kumar DHANDA has sent the parcel from Baddi, district Solan, Himachal Pardesh which contain medicine for me for high blood pressure and diabetes etc on[protected] at about 13.00 hour Indian Time.with tracking no EE[protected]IN to #960, FORBES ROAD, INDIAN LAND, South Carolina USA. I have made nos of enquiries from the call center of Forign Parcel Division at tel no +[protected] .I am sorry to inform you that I have still not received the parcel till today ie 14.08.2015. I have also made several enquiries from USA Postal Department and they have informed me that Parcel is still lying in India . I have made these enquiries at USA NO +[protected] and have also checked at web site USPS.com several times. No officer from the IPS web tracking center has given me proper reply. These medicines are very essential. for me to maintain Blood Pressure and Diabetes . I cannot take medicine from USA . My family Doctor knows my health history. I am facing harassment due to non delivery of Medicine Parcel. I have to wake at night in USA to speak with Indian Postal Authorties.
