[Resolved] Indian Post — Delay in delivery of speed post item

I made a speed post (Tracking number-ek[protected]in) from bangalore (560007) to panikhawa, sitaihat (736167) on 05 feb 15. But the mail has not reached to the destination till date. There was an importent document in the mail which was to submitt in time. Due to non delivery in time i have been suffered a lot of problem on all aspects

Sir till today nobody taken any action. No call me or emailed med regarding my complain. Indian Post Office is steel sleeping. Please direct them to take necessary solution action of my complain.
