Indian Post — missing parcel

I have sent a parcel by indian post from postal code 786159 to 400604 and the receipt no is RS[protected]IN dated 16/12/2013 the product is not received by destination it means that is missing.The product cost is approximate 7000/- indian rupees. There is no information on online tracking system of indian post website, I have book a complaint on postal website on dated 24/12/2013 but no response, what should i do. kindly do the needful from your side, I am grateful to you.
