Indian Post Office — KVP not transfered in two months

Dear Sir, I need to informed you I have buy Rs 300000/-(three lac) from Bokaro Steel City on 25 June2005 &it gets matured on 25 Jan 2014.I have also submitted an transfer application regarding this in Alfa Post office Greater Noida Dist- GB Nagar(UP) on09 Dec 2013.But till time not transferred.
