[Resolved]  Indian Post Office — not received hall ticket

Dear sir / madam, I PREETI YADAV, live at V.P.O RAJOKRI NEW DELHI 110038, NEAR CHOPAL, I have applied for SSC[LDC]exam the SSC posted the hall ticket to me on 31.11.2014 at NEW DELHI. The date of exam is 2.11.2014.but i have received the hall ticket on 3.11.2014.I am not able to attend the exam . I discussed this with postmen and he gave me some silly reasons .Kindly u plz help me and took good and strict action against postman or any one who libel for this .I hope so u think about it pls reply me if any solution will come thanx allot
