My son vijay Kumar Dhanda has sent the parcel vide receipt no 173205 with tracking no EE[protected] on 06.8.15 to USA containing medicine for me of blood pressure and diabetes etc.But I have not received the parcel so far ie till 14.8.15.I have made several enquiries from IPS WEB TRACKING(tel no[protected] But no officer has given me the satisfactory reply.I have made enquiries from USPS also. They have informed me that the parcel is still lying in India.( tel no[protected] I am suring most as medicine are very much necessary to maintain my chronic diseases. I have to wake in the night to make enquiry from Indian Postal authorities .Please take the suitable action against erroring officers/ official and compensate me suitably due to problems arising out of non delivery of parcel. My family doctor knows my history well. So it is requested to do the necessary action at your end. This may be treated as S.O.S.
