Indian Postal — mesbehaving of postman

dear sir/madam, before some days i booked my study books through online site i.e.gullybaba.com. They delivered the booksat right time to our postoffice. Today the postman called to me and said to methat your parcel in postoffice.he said to me that come and collect your parcelfrom postoffice otherwise i will send it back. when i asked him to deliver myparcel at my home, he refused to deliver my parcel at my home and he threatenedto me that if you not collect your parcel I will send it back immediately.
