Indian Postal Service — my speed post no.ED[protected]IN is not delivered

i m priyanka devi w/o ram rekha paswan vill po bhojpur nagar untari dist garhwa jharkhand pin 822121
speed post no.ED[protected]IN was send by DLF PERMERICA from Gurgaon on 5th nov 2013 at my adress .but not delivered to me now.when i searched by online .it is show on 13th dec 2013 by bhojpur post office.

after that i complaint online comlnt.no [protected] .but now that is pending.


so therefore i request u that plz search my docoment & punished careless employee.
