On what ground irctc has blocked my account (account - mayank_hzb)? I've followed all their rules like not booking more ticket on tatkal. and ofcourse i am not an agent, just an individual passenger. On asking, cust. care replies they have some criteria which they don't disclose. is irctc not smart enough to understand that if someone really wants to book n number of tickets, then getting a new mobile no. (to create a new account) is free of cost now a days. O, is there any logic behind ur account suspension rule? Was this information helpful? | |||
