Hi, I have done a booking on 5th March from my online irctc account, transaction no. [protected]. But the amount has been debit two times from my credit card account, so kindly I request you to check and revert the amount/- Rs431.62 back to my account ASAP. I was holding an SBI Railway credit card for more than 9Years and all my points are transferred to Shubhyatra account.
I have an total of 28425 points unclaimed.
I am not able to get my SHUBHYATRA user password for my User ID: ANAND19787
I have contaced SBI via E Mail many times and no responsible reply
Interaction Id- 1-[protected]
Loyalty No: [protected]
SBI Card No: [protected]
Since there was no responsible reply from the SBI team I have cancelled the credit card. This is for your information.
Can you please help me to get my password for the SHUBHYATRA log in ID.
