To, head/ in-charge authority, irctc indian railways sub: 1-high priority complaint reg refund of cancellation charges and third party charges being deducted for continuation journeys of below mentioned pnr's only because of trains cancelled from vskp to sc -which is our starting journey on 31st jan and there is no before time minimum intimation from irctc due to which we have to cancel all linked journey tickets. 2-immediate refund to our account full amount without dedcutions of below pnr's immediately to re-schedule our journey in two days take this complaint as high priority, though we cancelled our continuation journey tickets of below menitoned pnr's we are being charged for late cancellation which is the mistake of railways system for not informing in time. We have booked for journey 1- visakhapatnam to hyd on 31st jan and train is cancelled suddenly without prior initmation what the irctc management are working. 2- due to which all our connecting journey to nagarsol, shirdi from different places we manually cancelled, mentioning below all the linked journey pnr tickets which we cancelled and amount deducted for late cancellation, mistake is from irctc for not informing before time that train from vizag is cancelled we demand full refund including booking charges for below pnr's and also immediate refund to our account to re-schedule our journey. We want full refund of below pnr's not partial or deducting for cancelling late which is entirely irctc working management fault of not informing priorly 1- pnr - [protected] transaction id - [protected] total fare: rs. 2795.80 amount deducted 800 rupees, for cancellation refund this amount . 2- pnr - [protected] transaction id - [protected] total fare: rs. 1835.80 amount refund rupees 175 3- pnr - [protected] transaction id - [protected] total fare: rs. 1510.80 refund amount rs.175 4- pnr - [protected] transaction id - [protected] total fare: rs. 702.90 refund amount rs.140 5- pnr - [protected] transaction id - [protected] total fare: rs. 2455.80 amount deducted 175 rupees, refund this amount 6-pnr - [protected] transaction id - [protected] total fare: rs. 940.80 amount refund rs.110 7-pnr - [protected] rs : 2795 refund amount 240 rupees 8-pnr - [protected] transaction id - [protected] total fare: rs. 1170.80 refund amount rs.110 9-pnr - [protected] total fare: rs: 2795.80 amount deducted 680 rupees, refund this amount. For all above menitoned pnr's, including complete cancellation charges to be refunded in full amount and in 2 days to re-schedule. Due to cancellation charges from irctc without minimum 48hrs before intimation due to which all the above pnr's when cancelled, late cancellation charges are being charged and also for booking we need immediately amount in our bank account worst service by irctc management, no minimum previous intimation regarding cancellation of trains, due to which we have lost money for hotel bookings in hyderabad all the pnr details are mentioned above refund all the below pnr's full amount including banking charges and also immediate refund to our account to re-schedule our journey the below train details are mentioned which is starting journey pnr status details the train is cancelled pnr number : [protected] date : 31-jan-2016 train number : 12783 train name : vskp sc ac exp from station : vskp to station : sc boarding point : vskp reservation upto : sc class : 3a no of passengers : 6 charting status : chart prepared upgraded class : booking fare 5460 ticket fare quota : gn remarks : Was this information helpful? | |
