I am Girijananda Pauley from Odisha. I have IRCTC Account & I am a Govt.employee.I travel by train frequently by online booking of train ticket.When I want to book ticket it is showing "Bookings are not allowed as your account has been suspended." Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 06, 2016 Adeesh Kumar's response And the food they are selling is worst. The way they are cooking in the pantry car is dirty and unhygienic.

Pantry services are giving food at high rates, as per rules the actual rate is 50 but they are selling at 120.
