Date : 16/04/2016 i have tried for an AC 3 ticket in train 19421 tatkal, but during the transaction process, the tickets got over and they handed me waiting ticket.i have cancelled the ticket but still money haven't been refunded. same day i have tried booking for sleeper ticket in the same train, after the transaction a message popped up showing " no seats available" and still they have take out the requisite amount from my account.It clearly shows till the time of taking money, the irctc works like a charm, but after getting money they started showing their indian train and just take up the money.if you think that taking money and refunding it after 3 to 4 days is good option then it is for those people who have it in like stash to spend it. date : 17/4/2016 the same thing happened again, the money got deducted from my account and a message popped up "no seats available". P.S. instead of showing twitter crap request, start amending some groundwork problems. Was this information helpful? | |||||
