Please see below mail and it is almost seven months, i am yet to get refund for untraveled journey ticket from irctc, despite of mail. Dear customer, Your tdr requested against pnr no.[protected] has been forwarded to northern railway (Nr) on 03-feb-2016. Irctc not received refund from northern railway (Nr). Once refund is received from northern railway (Nr) the same will be credited back to your account. Your complaint further referred to northern railway (Nr) through e-mail id "[protected]@claims. Indianrail.gov.in". Please note that the decision about the repudiation/ rejection or amount of refund has been taken by the concerned zonal railways as per extant refund rules of indian railways and not by irctc.
