Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Not getting my refund for ckwl tickets | |||||
I have booked three tickets for journey 27-Dec-2015 from Jaisalmer to Delhi out of which one confirmed and other two are in CKWL status.For these 2 tickets I have tried to file TDR but there is some issue in TDR filing and it gives me message "TDR allowed up to 72 hours after actual arrival of the train at destination." I also did email for the issue to [protected]@irctc.co.in but no reply from them and also tried to call via phone but no response and customer care also not free.
