Very strange to see that I have booked my mothers Rail ticket ( IRCTC ) multiple times over the last 2 years and in-spite she being Senior Citizen lady passenger, shez always been allotted SU Side Upper. Now this time again she is travelling alone & i have booked the following and same allotment- [protected] Sealdah to NDelhi / PNR [protected] [protected] NDelhi to Howrah / PNR [protected] Requesting the authority to look into the matter and allot a lower seat. I have cancelled a ticket on 5th of october 2016 in 3AC in mewar express with PNR [protected]. I recieved a messege stating 'Your Tkt Cancelled. PNR,
[protected], Amt 1030 will be refunded in your account.' But it's been 15th of October now and I have not received my money back . kindly resolve this issue please.

what I do for recover my IRCTC id
I try to create a new id but site is given error (This no is already registered ) please provide the solution
