The 3AC coach B-1 in the train 12626 in my travel from NGP to Tiruppur on 22.05.2016 (date of boarding from NGP) the A/C was not working. The other passengers told me that they had already pulled the chain when their same complaint was not resolved right from beginning. I have also made written complaint at the Vijaywada Railway station. But the complaint was not resolved. The condition of the Bogie was too worst.

There was no liquid soap in the bathroom. At Vijaywada I asked the TC to inform about the same to the concern. But till i got down the liquid soap was not filled in the container.

The pantry boy who gave tea and coffee took Rs.2 extra from several passengers including me. He was insisting us to accept a biscuit pack in exchange of the change. when we refused he asked us to bring and return the change but he did not return.

The tea n coffee were as like black tea or coffee without there being sufficient quantity of milk in it. only after being asked twice the pantry boy use to fill the cup up to the mark. That is, the quality and the quantity of the coffee and tea were very poor quantity and of less quantity.

I then personally went to the Pantry car manager namely "Sony". I asked him to provide the complainant book. But he too did not provide the same to me.
I also asked the TC to provide me the complainant book but he too was avoiding.

So also, there was no water in lavatory or the basin in the coach B-1. Inspite of repeated oral complaints nobody responded. When the complaint was again made to the TC at B/1 at Katpadi he behaved rudely. His behavior with the other passengers was also not proper. They should be apprised that they are the public servant at the service of public and not the crown.

It is seen that every body was reluctant to give the complaint book, the reason best known to them. If in such manner the rail department will behave I am doubt full that there will be acche din at any time.

I request u to kindly register my complaint and inquary in this regard and do the need full.
