Dear Sir / Madam, I cancelled my PNR:[protected] Order no. [protected], Booking reference no. : [protected] Refund Date :30-Oct-2015 Refund Amount Rs. 680/- Done many email conversations and gave them new account number with cancelled cheque of the ICICI same Bank and same Vasant Garden ICICI same Branch since Oct-2015 but not received any revert from IRCTC. Its 2 Months over and the railway is not refunding cancelled amount either by cheque or by transfer to ICICI bank with same names mentioned in account. I want to make a complaint against IRCTC and want you to resolve my this complain.
