Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Refund of money for not make journey on 02.02.2016 | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Ref to mail sent to "[protected]@irctc.co.in" & "[protected]@irctc.co.in" and online complain through "http://www.coms.indianrailways.gov.in" on dt.02.02.2016 midnight, I not received any response. My complain is as follows : Ref to journey dt.02.02.2016 by Train No-22691, Rajdhani Exp in which booked ticket PNR was -[protected], Rajdhani Express arrived late(22:25pm) at Bhopal Station while we have to catch Train No- 12185, Rewanchal Exp from Bhopal station which depart time is 22:15 PM and we had also confirm tatkal ticket in 3A reservation which ticket PNR was-[protected]. But due to late arrival of Rajdhani Express at Bhopal, we were not able to catch the -Rewanchal Express from Bhopal (22:15 PM) We are surprised that how Rajdhani Express got late . We tried to File TDR online but it was not accepting with a note"Only permissible before 4 hours " and also not have the reason in TDR option column particularly for delay arrival of linking train. Kindle arrange to refund our Money for that ticket in which I had not made journey due to time mismanagement of railway. I requesting for refund of Money. Due to this incident, Me & my mother have to take stay at Bhopal for Night on 03.02.2016 and booked again a ticket for next journey by Rewanchal Exp which booking PNR is -[protected] . In whole incident, I had bear for hotel stay and fooding expenses at bhopal as well as booked ticket again which are extra expenses for me. So you are requesting to refund the ticket amount.
