I had tried to book a ticket for Train no-1554 Vaishali Exp in first class AC coach from irctc windows app from my pc on 13 Jan 2016 but app shows error that Due to some Connectivity issues your transaction is failed but the money was deducted from my bank account .my irctc user id is parru123 the transaction no of Sbi bank is[protected] so I request irctc to refund my money 2780

Jan 17, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved IRCTC has messaged me Through SMS that your money will be refunded to my account as early as possible.
