Hi, To whom it may concern, I have booked ticket on 26 Oct from Chennai Egmore to Trivandrum Central. But the ticket not booked as it showed error in booking. But the money has been deducted from my bank account. I tried to book the same ticket again after sometime and same happened. Please arrange to refund the total amount of Rs.1965.86 (Rs. 982.93+982.93) in same account.
