Hello, I am safna azeez, this mail is to bring your notice to the issue that i am unable to make payment through my irctc account (Safnazeez). After i schedule my journey and proceed to pay, and i click the payment through axis bank gateway, i am redirected to a page showing "please try again later". Please reslove this issue asap. The next issue is that, i haven't got my refund amount credited to my account after my cancellation. But the refund history in my account shows refunded. IRCTC — EXTRA AMOUNT DEDUCTS THAN ORIGINAL FAIR FROM A/C
PNR NO [protected], TRANSACTION ID[protected] TRAIN NO 12345 DOJ 26.05.2015 THERE WAS HIGH AMOUNT DEDUCT FROM A/C THAN ORIGINAL FAIR. On may 12 th I booked ticket from kottayam to Coimbatore through online, I got the msg from bank that irctc booking amount of rs 392 rupees debited but ticket not booked, again I tried same thing happen amount debited, totally 784 rupees debited still I didn't get refund, I want my amount back

For tatkal ticket booking 10:00 am irctc website is very slow last 3 days I am trying for tatkal train tricket but I an not getting my ticket

IRCTC — Not able to update the "User Profile"
If we click the "Update Profile" in "My Profile" menu system asks for the password. After entering the password system again asking to for the relogin page. refer the attached screen shot
