I have booked a premium tatkal from IRCTC on 27 of Aug for my friend and me from secunderabad to nagpur. But due to some urgency of work I cannot go to nagpur. So I decided to cancel my ticket but I was unable to cancel my name as I had registered from my account. So I booked a new ticket for my friend and cancelled old ticket which was costing 1830. I have cancelled my ticket around 10 PM. But now i have got the message that amount cannot be refunded. As it is a tatkal ticket I haven't received any percentage of money which was to be received. My whole money is wasted. I am trying to connect to customer care but unable to connect.
