Today, I try to book a cc car ticket in janshatabti 12022 from tata to hwh, after payment through net banking, site of irctc was shut down, payment was deducted, but I didn't received the ticket also not received any message about regret and refund, after some I try to call on no [protected], no one received the call. I was booking ticket in emergency using current booking .What a burst service in emergency and for poor and medium class family those who HV only small money to book ticket once. I request to irctc to improve your server quality and ur refund policy so we can book ticket again using same money, and I kindly request you to refund my money.
