Tatkal Ip blocking loading time

I am a normal user trying to book tatkal but whenever booking opens after submiting the passenger detail and clicking on continue button it got stuck at loading even i need to cancek the page and relogin but after 10min of taking so mch time it get waitlisted irctc blocks my IP and user id i am a normal user it ONLY HAPPENS in TATKAL Opening time i am using AIRTEL my user id mokarramim...

Retiring room and washroom very dirty

I have booked a retiring room in Belur station.
My booking is on today 13/07/2023 @20:00 hours.But the services are very poor. They didn't even changed the bedsheets. The bathroom amenities are also very dirty. When asked for help they just simply said this is not their duty. The staff in duty is not available till next morning. PLEASE HELP..

Unable to verify my user account

I have an account in irctc.co.in (user name is CJ13).
I was asked to verify my account via email verification OTP and mobile verification OTP for further usage of services.
I already got the mobile verification password by an SMS & my phone no. is verified But, I can't get email verification password.

Please send the email verification password in to my mail ([protected]@gmail.com) urgently or suggest another way...

Not receiving email otp message from IRCTC for verifying my Account

Today I had another worst experience while trying to book the ticket. I tried to generate the OTP for mobile number it was working fine but while trying to generate the OTP for Email Address Verification. It is not sending any email address OTP. I tried changing to different email address. There is no mail received even after waiting for 5 minutes. Money debited from bank account but not credited in UTS R wallet

TDR Repudiate for journey not travelled

I have booked Tatal tickets for 3 persons (Family) to travel from Kalyan to Solapur on 09.06.2023 and got confirmed tickets PNR No [protected] coach no. B5 seat nos. 10, 13, 12 by 3rd AC.
On 10.06.2023 at 18.21, I have received a message from IRCTC informing that “Allotted accommodatin in 3E instead of 3A. You are eligible for refund of difference in Fare. Indian Railway”.

Hi support team,
I have booked a tatkal ticket from PCOI to PPTA for LTT SPJ SF SPL (01043) on 5th March, 2023 and date of journey was 6th March, 2023.
For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
Status was turned to cr registered, but the Amount was not refunded yet.
I am not sure what else i might be missing to...

TDR Request Repudiate and no amount refunded.

I had booked three tickets from BPL to UJN journey date 29th June 2023, but the train got late from more than 4 hours. I had filed the TDR on the same day at 29-June-2023 at 8:15 am (Before the actual arrival of train at BPL STATION on that very day) .The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate.I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so I have filled the TDR as soon as possible .Please help me on this asap. UTS R-wallet recharge not credited

Hi sir/madam,

I recharged my UTS R-wallet with INR 200 but the amount is not credited to my wallet.

When i checked the payment status on the UTS app, it is stuck at 'Initialize payment'

However, the payment is already processed from my UPI app and the amount is successfully debited from my bank account.
