[Resolved]  Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Refund amount without the commission amount charged

When i booked a ticket on 16-jul-2016, the ticket was not booked but the amount was deducted. Today (18-jul-2016) the ticket amount of rs.793 was refunded whereas the commission amount of rs.11.50 is not refunded.

When a ticket is not booked, the commission amount should also be refunded.

Please let me know what is the procedure to get my money back.
