Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — TDR Refund

TDR filed against the PNR Number [protected] and Reference number is is :[protected]. I was filled on 07th June 2015 but repudiated without any reason. When I contacted the IRCTC customer care they told me to register the complaint again, I registered but waiting for refund... This service from IRCTC is very poor... Please refund the money to me and I am also requesting on behalf of many Indian who is still waiting for TDR refund...please refund us...
