I have booked two tickets i. E 3 passenger in train 12328/upasana express On 22 july 2016 in tatakal in sleeper class from dehradun to lucknow. But train is late more than 3 hours from dehradun on 23 july 2016. Pnr is [protected] & [protected] So i submit tdr for both the tickets and passengers have not travelled on 23 july 2016. I have not get any refund. The one tdr has status cr registered Cancellation id: [protected] Tdr zone: eastern railway (Er) Registration no:[protected] The other tdr has status: Reference no: ekt[protected] Tdr zone: er Tdr filing date: 23-jul-2016 Refund status: refund under process Refund date: not available Refund amount: rs.0.00 Please help me to get my refund.
