Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Unable create new account | |||||
Hi, My IRCTC online account got deactivated as I was not using it regularly. Recently I tried to access my account and failed as it is deactive. I tried to create a new account but failed again as IRCTC is not allowing to register again with the same mobile number. My concern here is once an account is deactive IRCTC should allow to recreate a new account with same number or alteast reactivate the same old account if customer comes back. When contacted IRCTC, they simply asked me to register with some other mobile number. Now Iam not ready to take a new mobile connection for IRCTC.
