Respected Sirs, I would like to pay your kind attention towards the matter that i am a daily passenger of kanpur- lucknow route.sir, i catch my train from kanpur central.is kanpur pratapgarh intercity exp.his dparture time is from kanpur is 17.35 this never place & depart on time last several month. Many times the complaint has been logged to the station master but all in vain.No body is there to listen people Problems, so i request you to please look in to this matter and take quick actions.I shall be very thank full to you for this.
