Indian Railway — Complaint against theft of trolley bag

I Sarthak Kanodia (Student of IIT Kharagpur) son of Mr. Pankaj Kanodia.On 30/10/15-31/10/15 night during my journey from Hatia to Kharagpur by train no. 18616 Hatia-Howrah Express, coach no. S1 Berth No. 20 (not having confirmed ticket but kept my luggage under this lower berth).On way when the train just departed from Muri railway station, I noticed that my one brown colored trolley bag containing one laptop (Model No. - Dell Inspiron 15 3543:Serial no[protected], one black coat with cover, 2 packets of banners, Rs. 600/- cash and other belongings has been stolen by an unknown person.
