Indian Railway — No Proper Ticket

Date: 14/09/2015 18:36 I asked for a ticket from Howrah to Gaya and he do the same but he but the mistake is that he do the ticket for Gaya via Patna. I take the ticket and leave the ticket counter when I see the ticket ant back to him he told me that I can't do anything. I had to miss the train because of confusion that may board on a train to Gaya or I must have to go via Patna. Distance from Gaya to Patna is 458 km and I got ticket of 623 km. When I asked him to cancel my ticket he deny and told me that it can't be done. I bought the ticket from new counter outside the gate no. 5(Not exactly sure about gate but I know the ticket counter.). Thanks and Regards Naval Kumar
