There were 3 tickets booked, but once chart prepared on 5-Sep-2015 evening, we came to know that only one got cleared as RAC and rest 2 had been wait-listed, so we had no other option but to cancel the journey and I have filed TDR before the departure of the train. They are not refunding any amount showing reason as CR Repudiate. Still I am unable to know, where I have gone wrong and why I should not be refunded the amount after the appropriate deduction.
Please consider my case as a genuine complaint.
