Dear Sir, There some groups who make noise inside the local trains in the name of KEERTAN. They take hold of almost all the seats saying that this space is reserved for KEERTAN. They Don't even let the passengers put their luggage over the shelves. They Say that they will keep their musical instruments over it. Since they are in majority nobody dare to argue them. But really what they do in the name of HARI KEERTAN is noise. They just make entertainment which causes the other passengers very much uncomfortable environment to travel in.
