[Resolved]  Indian Railway — NON DELIVERY OF MY PARCEL/ MOTORCYCLE

I have booked my bajaj pulsar 150 cc bike on 14th October, 2014 from Kishanganj (KNE) to Asansol (ASN). The consignment was dispatched on 14/10/2014 by Train No. 15662 (Ranchi kamakhya express) under Front SLR No. FC 10710. My parcel web bill no is 05 D 529910. But till now I have not received my motorcycle. I went Asansol parcel office several times but they do not respond clearly. They even don't know where is my motorcycle??? They only say your bike has not come yet. I am totally confused and frustrated..I have no information about my motorcycle. Plz help me.
