Indian Railway — Refund status of TDR

Hi, We've booked tickets two months back and filed a TDR regarding the same, for the last two months the status is showing as CR registered in IRCTC, when checked with IRCTC, they are asking us to contact the railway zone directly i.e. East Coast Railway.
