Indian Railway — Ticket Money not Refunded - Given false Info | |||
Dear Team, I have done IRCTC e-ticket booking on 07.10.2013 PNR number [protected] and the transaction Id was: [protected], DOJ: 25.10.2013 this train was cancelled and I called 139 customer care they told me that If train is cancelled then no need to cancel the ticket or file any TDR the refund will automatically come within 3 to 5 working days, hence, I didn't do anything, after waiting around 1 week again today I called then and they are telling me some different thing they have given me the wrong info. Requesting you to check and refund the concern amount at earliest. Not able to attached screen shot due to technical issue but, if anything is required I could provide the same.
